NEED #5447 | Rent for Single Mom with Cancer

WATAUGA | A local church has referred a single mother to us who has just undergone surgery for cancer. She is unable to work and cannot pay her rent. The church has covered her October rent, and is requesting assistance covering her November rent of $475. Her landlord is threatening to evict her if she is even one day late, and we do not want this hanging over her head while she is trying to recouperate and take care of her children.
