Home Repair for Single Mom

ASHE - Determined and hardworking single mom of 3 has been living in a home that was infested with wolf rats. The infestation has been dealt with, but before they could be eliminated, the rats had eaten the insulation under the trailer. Mom is having a hard time heating the trailer with the lack of insulation. The mother reports she can do the work herself, but needs assistance with purchasing the insulation.
